Cocaine damaged nasal septum. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scan of a hole (indicated by arrow) in a patient's nasal septum, caused ny cocaine abuse. The septum is the dividing wall inside the nose. Treatment includes surgical closure, which often fails, or insertion of a specially designed septal button in the hole.
