Liposuction. Surgeon's gloved hand using a liposuction tube during an operation to remove cellulite. The patient's abdomen is marked to show where fat is going to be removed. Cellulite is a type of fat more common in women, that is deposited under the skin. Liposuction involves injecting lipase enzymes under the skin. The enzymes break down the fat producing a reddish liquid residue that the surgeon is sucking out along the tube. At the bottom left are various scissor forceps.
