Stinging nettles (Urtica dioica). Tea made from the leaves can be used as a cleansing tonic and blood purifier. The plant is used in the treatment of hay fever, menstruation, haemorrhoids, anaemia, arthritis, rheumatism and eczema. An infusion from the plant is used to stop internal bleeding.
