Painkiller drug. Bottle of spilled pills of a common analgesic (painkilling) drug, such as paracetamol. Painkilling pills alleviate headache, general pains and fever. The groove down the middle of each pill is used to help split it in half if a low dose is required (such as for children). The drug paracetamol does not have an anti-inflammatory effect.
