Pain killing drugs. An assortment of pain killing, or analgesic, pills with a glass bottle. They are paracetamol (red and white capsules), aspirin (large tablet below bottle neck), co-dydramol and nurofen. These analgesics are used to relieve mild to moderate pain, such as toothache, headache, period pain, and aching muscles and joints.
