Pregnancy headache. Full-term pregnant woman holds her head while suffering a headache. In pregnancy, headache may be associated with tension in muscles or back posture, or stress. It may also be caused by hormonal and other changes taking place within the body, due to the developing foetus. Migraine headaches may also occur.
