Premature baby. Face of a premature baby wrapped in warm clothing. This is because premature babies have difficulty in maintaining a constant temperature. Premature babies are those born before the normal 37 weeks of gestation have elapsed. Characteristically they have wrinkly features, downy hair called lanugo, irregular breathing and poor swallowing ability.
