Urinary bladder. Coloured urogram (X-ray) of the pelvis, showing a healthy lower urinary tract. The bladder (orange), which stores urine before it leaves the body is along bottom. The two ureters (orange tubes) carry the urine to the bladder from the kidneys. Urine is a waste product produced in the kidneys by filtering blood.
