Leading from the testes over the pelvic bone are the vas deferens tubes. These carry the sperm to the urethra (not seen), which is the exit for semen (the reproductive fluid that contains sperm) and urine. At upper centre are the kidneys (red). These filter the blood of waste products to produce urine, which is carried by the ureters (tubes, pink) to the bladder (not seen).
