Yoga involves a system of exercises and poses that can help to improve flexibility, aid relaxation and generate a feeling of general well-being. Capoeira is a Brazilian dance that incorporates martial arts movements. It is thought that it was developed during the 16th century by African slaves transported to Brazil, who wished to disguise their fighting practice. It involves kicks, sweeps & acrobatic movements, and is now practised as a form of exercise as opposed to a form of martial art.
