Surfboard museum. Students being shown around the GUL international surfboard museum, Cornwall, England, by Dr. Malcolm Findlay. These students are studying the Surf Science degree course at the University of Plymouth, England, the first of its kind in the world. It teaches business skills, materials science, wave mechanics, aerodynamics as well as surfing history and techniques. Plymouth University has sold the course to the Edith Cowen University in Australia and is in talks with the University of Hawaii. It is attempting to form a tripartite agreement so that students would study for a year at each of the three institutions.
