Caption

Suggestive image of part of the constellation of Ursa Major, also known as Big Dipper or Plough. The characteristic pattern of the constellation is clearly visible. Three bright stars at upper centre left form the bent handle of the dipper whereas four stars form the dipper itself at lower centre. The image was taken over Mt. Rainier (4390m), United States, lit up by the moonlight.
