Starfield. Starfield over a group of trees at twilight. The constellations seen here include Orion (at lower centre), Taurus (at upper right) and the Pleiades or Seven Sisters (at top right). Orion is characterised by three bright stars in a straight line, known as 'Orion's Belt', and the bright red star Betelgeuse. Taurus appears as a horizontal 'V' shape, the brightest star being Aldebaran. The Pleiades constellation appears as a tight cluster of stars. Photographed over Bonilla Point on Vancouver Island, Canada, during June.
