Soyuz-Fregat rocket launch from Baikonur Cosmo- drome in Kazakhstan in July 2000. This rocket was carrying two Cluster II satellites for the European Space Agency (ESA). These satellites were designed to study the Earth's magnetosphere. This Soyuz-Fregat rocket was provided by Starsem, a joint French-Russian consortium which offers relatively cheap satellite launches.
