Geothermal power station pipeline. This pipeline transports thermal energy (hot water) from the Nesjavellir power plant to the greater Reykjavik area, in Iceland. The Nesjavellir power plant delivers over 1800 litres of hot water per second and generates 120 Mega Watts (MW) of electricity. The power station has supplied hot water to the greater Reykjavik area since 1990.
