PS10 solar thermal power plant, Seville, Spain. This power plant generates electricity from the sun's energy. It consists of an array of moveable mirrors (heliostats) which concentrate the Sun's rays onto a central tower housing a receiver. The receiver transfers the energy to saturated steam which is used to drive turbines to generate electricity.
