Robot hand. Robot hand with tactile sensors. Each finger (three in upper frame, one at lower right) is equipped with touch sensitive sensors which increase or decrease the hand's grip depending on how slippery or yielding the object is. This hand is being designed by Hitoshi Maekawa at the Tsukuba Mechanical Engineering Laboratory in Japan.
