Circuit board testing. Researcher testing the solderability of an electronic circuit board. This test ensures that the solder, a melted metal alloy used to bond electrical components together, is able to bind to the board and perform normally. A board that is poorly made will prevent the solder from fully adhering to it and may later become detached, breaking the electrical circuit on the board.
