Evidence was gathered from a breathalyser (policeman's right hand), which showed the driver was over the 0.08% blood alcohol consumption (BAC) limit (Road Traffic Act, 1988). Drivers found guilty of a drink driving offence in the UK face a fine and/or jail sentence. They may also be disqualified from driving. Photographed in the UK.
