Police divers training in techniques for searching rivers and recovering evidence and dead bodies. A common place to search is around bridge support pillars, where debris can be trapped. As with any potential crime scene, great care must be taken to preserve, record and collect the evidence. A description or record of the crime scene is made, and the surrounding area is thoroughly searched for evidence. Photographed in Antibes, France, as part of a training exercise by the French National Centre for Aquatic Police Training (CNING).
