Diver exploring a coral reef in the Mapia Atoll. This area is abundant in pristine hard coral, including this Turbinaria sp.. In most areas of South East Asia, dynamite fishing and the use of cyanide to capture live fish has takena heavy toll on the reefs. Beautiful, healthy reefs can now only be found in remote areas. Photographed in West Papua in Indonesia, Asia.
