Fishing catch. Orange Roughie or Emperor Fish, Hoplostethus atlanticus, packed in ice after being caught by a trawler. H. atlanticus lives at depths of 80-1000 metres. It has been packed in ice to preserve it until the trawler can reach a port. The fish is considered a great delicacy in some countries. This fish is quite valuable in France.
