Glass wool cutting. Waterjet cutting a block of glass wool to size for home insulation. A jet of water is fired from the nozzle (upper centre) at an extremely high velocity. The force of the waterjet is so great that it can cleanly cut the glass wool without damaging it or leaving it wet. Glass wool such as this is often fitted to a house's loft to aid heat insulation.
