Quiche production. A factory operative checks rows of freshly cooked quiches sliding out of a travelling oven in a food- processing factory. The oven cooks the quiches as they move through it. The quiches are made by pumping a viscous egg-milk filling into pastry cases. After being cooked they are cooled and packaged for distribution. This photograph was taken in Nottingham, UK.
