Bomb disposal equipment. Two cases containing the equipment used in carrying out controlled explosions. When an explosive such as a bomb is discovered, it first has its trigger and detonator removed to make it safe, then the explosive itself is destroyed in a controlled explosion. To do this, a small amount of explosive is placed by the bomb's explosive, and is detonated from a safe distance away from any buildings or people.
