Biometric identification. Conceptual computer artwork of biometric information that could be incorporated into an electronically-readable identity card. Fingerprints, photographs and data concerning biometric parameters, such as body measurements and DNA profiles, could be encoded and kept on a microchip (indicated by the printed circuits) to be read by a scanner at airports or police stations. Fingerprint and iris scanning technology can also be used for secure access to particular buildings or computer files.
