Caption

Reef sharks in the Central Pacific. This species of shark, Carcharhinus menisorrah, belongs to the genus of gray or requiem sharks which inhabit the tropics. C. menisorrah is one of a large number of tropical reef sharks. Like the black-tip reef shark, this species is found alone or in groups and generally does not bother man, swimming away if someone swims towards it. However, even this species can be stimulated to attack.
