Hammerhead shark (Sphyrna sp.). This shark inhabits coastal waters in warm temperate and tropical seas worldwide. It feeds on other sharks, rays, fish, crustaceans and cephalopods, such as squid. Hammerhead sharks can reach up to 6 metres in length. The eyes and nostrils are located at the tips of the flattened head.
