Unicolour snake moray eel (Uropterygius concolor). This moray eel inhabits mangrove swamps, brackish rivers and shallow coral reefs in the Indo-Pacific region. It emerges at night to feed on crustaceans, small fish and octopuses. It is a small moray, reaching a maximum length of only 50 centimetres.
