White-eyed moray eel (Siderea thyrsoidea) head showing from inside a rusty metal pipe. The moray eel inhabits crevices, usually in rock, emerging at night to feed on crustaceans, small fish and octopuses. This moray eel is found in the Indo- Pacific region and is known to leave the water to travel from pool to pool at low tide. Photographed off Mabul, Malaysia.
