Klein's butterflyfish (Chaetodon kleinii) in front of a sea fan, or gorgonian. This fish, also known as a sunburst butterflyfish, inhabits tropical seas to a depth of around 60 metres. It feeds mainly on coral polyps. A sea fan is a coral- like colony of polyps that form a tough structure (red) around themselves for protection and support. Photographed in Indonesia.
