Coral hind (Cephalopholis miniata) by a sea fan. This grouper inhabits coral reefs in the tropical Indo-Pacific region, from east Africa to the central Pacific islands. It prefers reef edges and outcrops, where it hunts smaller fish and crustaceans. It can reach a length of around 45 centimetres. Photographed in the Andaman Sea, Thailand.
