Green tree frog (Hyla cinerea) on a leaf. This frog inhabits vegetation, including trees, around lakes and marshes in eastern North America. It is known for its collective singing, which can be extremely loud in areas. The green tree frog feeds on insects and other small invertebrates, and reaches a maximum length of around six centimetres.
