Columbian ground squirrel (Spermophilus columbianus) eating a dandelion. Along with flowers, it also eats seeds, fruits and bulbs. This diurnal (active during the day) squirrel tends to live in large colonies and spends 70% of the year hibernating. Columbian ground squirrels are found in North America.
