Mink (Mustela vision). Mink are predatory mustelids that feed on a variety of prey including amphibians, fish, insects and birds. They have been introduced to mainland Europe and the UK, where they are blamed for the decline of a number of species including wildfowl in Europe and the water vole in the UK.
