Caption

Cosmonaut Mikhail Tyurin runs on a treadmill onboard the International Space Station, tied onto it with elastic bungee cords to hold himself down. The sounds of the treadmill dominate the clip. The camera pans down to see his feet and the bungee chords allowing him to move enough without floating off. The camera tilts back up to his head. He is watching a film on a portable DVD player. We see a close up of the film he is watching and the treadmill control panel above it. It beeps at the end of the clip.
