Locked off shot inside the Destiny Lab. Expedition 3 Commander Frank Culbertson and Flight engineer Mikhail Tyurin prepare to greet the crew of Expedition 4 and Space Shuttle Endeavour (STS 108) as they come on board International Space Station for the first time. Navy man Culbertson rings the ship's bell and opens the hatch as Tyurin floats just behind him. Expedition3 flight engineer Vladimir Dezhurov floats into shot close to camera as Culbertson greets Yuri Onufrienko - the Expedition 4 commander and Dominic Gorie, commander of Endeavour STS 108. The rest of the Expedition 4 crew Carl Walz and Daniel W. Bursch and the STS-108 astronauts pilot Mark Kelly, and mission specialists Linda Godwin and Dan Tani also arrive into the crowded scene. Culbertson makes a short speech welcoming the new Expedition 4 crew aboard and congratulating the STS 108 crew on a smooth flight and docking with the station. Cosmonaut Yuri I. (standing at center), mission commander, is flanked by astronauts Daniel W. Bursch (left) and Carl E. Walz, both flight engineers.
