Micropigmentation cosmetic procedure. Tool being used to apply permanent make-up to a woman's eyebrows, in a process also known as dermapigmentation. This is a form of tattooing, where pigments in the form of inks (in red heart-shaped container) are tattooed into the skin with a fast-vibrating needle-like tool to produce an effect similar to make-up, but more permanent.
