Caption

Frontal sinus. Anatomical dissection of part of the skull, showing a frontal sinus (cavity at bottom) in the forehead. This cavity is an example of a paranasal sinus. The paranasal sinuses are membrane-lined air-filled spaces in the bones of the face. They drain into the nose and throat.
