European rabbit (Oryctolagus cuniculus) feeding on stinging nettles (Urtica dioica). This is a herbivorous mammal. It is native to Europe but has been introduced to many regions worldwide, and has also been domesticated. Wild rabbits in Europe live in underground warrens, emerging to feed on grass, though browsing for other plants as well. Photographed in March, in Dorset, UK.
