Iguanodon foot bone fossil. Fossilised metatarsal (foot bone) from the herbivorous dinosaur Iguanodon. This dinosaur lived around 140 to 110 million years ago, during the Early Cretaceous. The rough patches are where muscles and tendons were attached to the bone.
