Prickly redfish (Thelenota ananas) sea cucumber. Sea cucumbers are echinoderms and are related to starfish and sea urchins. They feed on detritus from the sea floor using tube feet around their mouth. T. ananas is the largest in the Indo-Pacific, reaching 1 metre in length. Photographed in the Andaman Sea, Thailand.
