Shingle beach. Artwork of pebbles and stones making up a shingle beach on a marine coastline. These stones and pebbles have been formed by erosion of rocks due to wave action from the sea. The different sizes, colours and shapes of the stones are due to their composition from different types of rock and varying degrees of erosion.
