Greville Wynn (1919-90), British spy. Wynn was trained in engineering and was recruited to MI5 just before World War 2. He later transferred to MI6 and after the war specialised in maintaining contacts with spies in Russia. He was an intermediary for Oleg Penkovsky, a Russian spying for western intelligence. He was revealed by a KGB double agent and both Wynn and Penkovsky were arrested. Wynn was tried and found guilty, serving just one year of his eight-year sentence before being exchanged for a Russian spy. Penkovsky was executed. Photographed during Wynn's trial in Moscow in 1963.
