CEE industrial plug sockets. The colours ensure the correct voltages are used: yellow is 100-130 volts; blue is 200-250 volts; red is 380-480 volts. The blue and yellow plugs use three pins, while the red one uses five pins. CEE refers to the standards set by the International Commission on the Rules for the Approval of Electrical Equipment (IECEE). This is also known as the CB system. CEE connectors follow the IEC 60309 standard.
