Apollo 11 moon landing mission control. View of the Mission Operations Control Room (MOCR) in the Mission Control Center (MCC) at NASA's Johnson Space Center, Houston, Texas, during the Apollo 11 lunar extravehicular activity (EVA). This was the first manned mission to land on the Moon. The television monitor shows astronauts Neil Armstrong and Buzz (Edwin) Aldrin on the Moon's surface. Photographed on 20th July 1969.
