Cavus foot surgery. Close-up of surgeons cutting the ankle's peroneus tendon before attaching it to another tendon. This is being done during cavus foot surgery. This condition is where the arch of the foot is too high. To correct the deformity, bone pins are inserted and ankle tendons operated on. For details of this operation, see C014/7782 to C014/7785 and C014/7789 to C014/7790.
