A group of human epithelial "cheek" cells, each measuring about 50 microns across. These cells are typical of those that are obtained when sampling cells from inside the cheek for various testing purposes. Cell nucleus, a small raised mound, can be seen in the center of each. Recorded under Nomarski DIC illumination.
