Caption

Atlantic trumpetfish (Aulostomus strigosus). Trumpetfish are elongated fish that draw food into their mouth by suction as they rapidly open their jaws, located at the end of their long snout. They feed mostly on the seabed, on small reef fish. Photographed in the Atlantic, off El Hierro, the Canary Islands.
