Cactus finch eating prickly pear. Female cactus finch (Geospiza sp.) feeding on fruit from a Galapagos prickly pear (Opuntia echios) cactus. Geospiza sp. finches are endemic to the Galapagos Islands. Together with related genera they are collectively known as Darwin's finches. Photographed on the Galapagos Islands, Ecuador.
